McKenzie Phelps' family said they're terrified she may have met someone online and went to meet them.
The Pryor Police Department is now getting involved.
Police said Phelps was last seen leaving Pryor High School at 12:30 p.m. April 18.
"She's an amazing child, and I'm scared for her," said her mother, Sheena Rodriguez. "I don't know where she's at or what she's doing. They have no leads yet."
Rodriguez said her daughter doesn't have a cellphone and hasn't posted on any social media sites.
Her friends also said she hasn't been in contact with Phelps.
"It's really scary, because you don't know if she's with somebody that's going to hurt her," her mother said. "I can't stop thinking about her. It's constant. I can't sleep. If anybody knows anything, I want them to help me find her, or at least let her call home."
She just hopes with the help of police and the community, she can hug her daughter once again.
"If she comes stepping on my door right now, tomorrow is my birthday, that would be my biggest wish to hold her and tell her I love her," said Rodriguez.
