Cherokee Nation ONE FIRE Victim Services will be holding a ceremony to remember and honor the late Cherokee Nation Secretary of State Charles L. Head who helped visualize and create ONE FIRE Victim Service, as well as honoring and remembering the survivors, victims and advocates of domestic and sexual abuse.

Principal Chief Bill John Baker will be the guest speaker and National Treasure Tommy Wildcat will play the flute during our live butterfly release.

An outstanding advocate will also be recognized.

We are blessed to carry forward the legacy Mr. Head has left behind by assisting victims of violence.
