VINELink is an online portal to VINE, America’s leading victim notification network. VINELink can be accessed 24/7/365, providing reliable information regarding custody status changes and criminal case information. The VINE service notifies victims and concerned citizens via telephone, email, TTY, text message and in-application notifications (where available). You may also sign up to receive notifications by calling your participating state or county’s toll-free telephone number. The VINELink Offender Lookup URL is personalized for each inmate with the agency’s ID number and the offender’s ID number added to the end of the string. The URL will take the user directly to the VINE page for that specific offender. The proper format for the VINELink Offender Lookup URL is:
